Debian Med packages for rehabilitation technologies

This metapackage will install tools that are useful for rehabilitation and therapy.

The list to the right includes various software projects which are of some interest to the Debian Med Project. Currently, only a few of them are available as Debian packages. It is our goal, however, to include all software in Debian Med which can sensibly add to a high quality Debian Pure Blend.

SITPLUS is a free software (GNU GPL) framework whose main goal is to provide ludic-therapeutic activities for people with disabilities. It offers new forms of interaction based on computer vision, voice and other peripherals to produce a result in the form of image and sound. Inspired by the cause and effect applications, SITPLUS provides a tool for continuous and remote interaction, attainable to the majority of people with cognitive, sensory and physical disabilities.

Aghermann is a program designed around a common workflow in sleep-research, complete with scoring facility; cairo subpixel drawing on screen or to file; conventional PSD and EEG Micrcontinuity profiles; Independent Component Analysis; artifact detection; and Process S simulation following Achermann et al, 1993.
